The book’s critique summarizes the themes and the five disciplines of collaborative Church leadership and offers examples of helpful, teamwork-based guides. It explains how to grow teams and develop healthy leadership teams for all types of institutions, including but not limited to church ministries, churches, and a wide range of ministry leadership, regardless of size.
